I lost my passport with my US visa inside it. What should I do?

You have to report to the police and apply for a new passport. After that, also report to the US embassy and follow their process to get a new one

My advise: Report the loss to local authorities, apply for a new passport, and contact the U.S. embassy or consulate for a visa replacement. Carry copies of your documents if available.
