I have three questions I want to ask: 1. What is the best way for someone like me from Sudan to move to USA? 2. How long is it usually take, and what paper will I need? 3. Can I bring my wife and kids to follow me?

It really depends on your situation, but many people apply through work, family, or asylum. Timelines vary, and yes—you can usually bring your wife and kids later.

You can apply through refugee, family, or work visas; timing varies by path (months to years); paperwork includes forms, ID, and proof. Family can often follow or join later.

To move to the USA from Sudan, consider family sponsorship, work visas like H-1B, or the Diversity Visa Lottery. The process typically takes 6-12 months to several years, requiring documents like a valid passport, birth certificate, and police clearance, and you can bring your wife and kids through family-based visas or dependent visas
