I have a query regarding the H1B filing process. Is it necessary to include a resume, I20s and W2 and all previous experiences when applying or filing for H1B, or is it sufficient to provide only the current experience?

Yes, it's actually recommended to include your resume, I-20s, W-2s, and all previous experiences when filing for H-1B, as USCIS may require a complete work and education history.
