I entered United States with student visa, but I am now married to U.S citizen. How can this help my citizenship and Green Card Application?

You can apply for a Green Card through your U.S. citizen spouse via Form I-130 and Form I-485.

Your marriage to a U.S. citizen may provide a basis for adjusting your immigration status from a student visa to a permanent resident.

As the spouse of a U.S. citizen, you may be eligible for expedited processing of your Green Card application and eventually, citizenship through naturalization after meeting residency requirements.
