You are not allowed to sponsor for K1 visa

Only citizens can sponsor for fiance visa

You can't start to prepare anything because as a permanent resident, you aren't allowed to act as a sponsor for the K-1 visa

Why don't you just travel to meet them and get married outside the U.S. Then you can sponsor them for marriage visa.
