From what I know, you must work for your father's company abroad for at least one year to qualify for an L-1 visa.

To get L1 visa while on F1 post-OPT, you need to have worked for your dad's company outside the US for at least one year in the last three years. You also need to have a manager or executive position job in the US. Also, your dad's business must be running in both the US and your home country. I hope this helps!
