I am an F-1 student who came to the U.S. to pursue a Master’s in Human Services Counseling. After graduating, I used one year of post-completion OPT. Once my OPT expired, I returned to school to study for an Associate Degree in Nursing under F-1 status. My question is: Will he be eligible for OPT after completing the associate degree since i downgrade? NB newer studies associate or bachelor level in US
