As a green card holder you can file a family petition for your spouse. After the petition is approved, your spouse will usually wait until a visa number becomes available in the family preference category before completing the immigrant visa process.

Processing times can vary depending on government workload and visa availability. In many cases the entire process can take a couple of years. Once the visa becomes available and the interview is completed successfully, your spouse would be able to enter the United States as a permanent resident.
