How many months pregnant can I be before I can no longer travel to America on visitor visa?

I don't think there is any rule stopping you from traveling while pregnant

It is not an immigration law, but most airline won't let you fly when you are close to delivery

Yes, there's no rule stopping you, but if you travel while pregnant, visa officers may suspect that you want to do birth tourism and deny you.
