To renew DACA, you must file Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, with USCIS.

If your DACA expired less than one year ago, you may still file a renewal; if more than one year has passed, you must apply as a new applicant.

To renew DACA, you must submit a renewal package that includes Form I-821D, Form I-765, and Form I-765WS.
