How can a U.S. citizen bring their parents to live in the U.S.?

By filing Form I-130 for each parent as an immediate relative.

There’s no visa cap for parents of U.S. citizens, so processing is faster.

Once approved, they can either adjust status (if in the U.S.) or complete consular processing abroad.
