If your father worked with American intelligence in Afghanistan, he may be eligible for special immigration programs like the Special Immigrant Visa or Humanitarian Parole.

Yes, try SIV first and if he doesn't qualify, he may be eligible for the P-1 or P-2 refugee programs. They are for Afghans that are facing threats because of their work with US agencies
