Has the court canceled the 100k h1b visa fee? I want to know the update

Not yet. Applicants are still required to pay.

Hopefully, the court can rule against it soon but there's no official news yet.

No. You have to pay it if you are applying for H-1B visa on or after September 21, 2025.

Sadly no. Companies still have to pay it to bring foreign talents into the country.
