First, find a job with a US employer that will sponsor your visa. After your employer files your petition with uscis, you can apply for visa at the US embassy in Djibouti or egypt. Im not sure if the embassy in Yemen is functioning.

Just find a job online with a US employer. But focus on those ones whose employers are willing to bring you over.
