Can I travel outside the U.S. while on DACA?

Yes, but only if you receive Advance Parole, which is granted for specific reasons (education, work, or humanitarian).

Traveling without Advance Parole could result in loss of DACA status and being barred from reentry.

Advance Parole does not guarantee reentry—CBP still has discretion at the border.
