Can I sponsor my fiancé(e) if I’m a green card holder, not a U.S. citizen?

No, only U.S. citizens can file for a K-1 fiancé(e) visa.

Green card holders must marry first and then file Form I-130 for a spouse.

In the meantime, the fiancé(e) may try for a B-2 visa, but approval is not guaranteed.
