TN is a non-immigrant visa with no “dual intent,” so it’s tricky but possible.

You must usually switch to H-1B or another dual-intent visa before filing I-485.

Direct adjustment from TN is risky and could lead to denial or re-entry issues.

It is technically not impossible. But very tricky and maybe difficult.
TN visas are not meant for people who want to stay permanently. You’ll need a strong reason to change status, like marriage to a U.S. citizen or a job willing to sponsor you.
