An H-1B employee may work for multiple employers if each employer files and receives approval of a separate H-1B petition. Concurrent H-1B employment is permissible as long as each role complies with wage and specialty occupation requirements. Each employer must independently meet prevailing wage and Labor Condition Application obligations.
