As an international student currently studying in the United States, can my parents apply to visit me for about one month, and what immigration rules or documents should we prepare?

They can apply for a visitor's visa. They have to submit evidence of strong ties to their country

Yes, your parents can apply for a B-2 visitor visa to visit you temporarily. They must show strong ties to their home country and intent to return after the visit.

Your student status does not automatically give your parents visiting rights. They will need to apply independently and attend a visa interview. An invitation letter and proof of your enrollment can help but do not guarantee approval.

The visit length is determined by the officer at entry, not the visa itself. A one-month stay is generally acceptable if their travel purpose is clear and temporary.
