Anyone else see their NVC portal jump back to “submitted” even though it was already reviewed and now you’re second‑guessing if you uploaded something wrong?

Yeah that happens sometimes, the NVC portal isn’t the most stable and it’ll randomly roll a document back to “submitted” even if they already reviewed it, so it doesn’t usually mean you uploaded something wrong and it tends to flip back once their system finishes syncing again.
