You'll need a U.S.-based employer to sponsor your H1B visa petition. They'll need to file a Labor Condition Application (LCA) and submit the petition on your behalf, including paying the required fees

First, you need a university degree and work experience in the required occupation. Then you can apply for a US employer to sponsor you.
