I'm a refugee who has resettled in the U.S. Can I sponsor my family to join me here?

You can check with the US Department of State or a resettlement agency, such as the International Rescue Committee (IRC), to see if you are eligible to sponsor your family members.

If you are eligible, you will need to file Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, to sponsor your family members.
