Yes, it is possible to work for multiple employers on an H-1B visa, but each employer must file a separate H-1B petition on your behalf. This arrangement is known as “concurrent H-1B employment.” You are only authorized to work for the employers who have received approval for your H-1B petition. Working for an employer who has not filed a petition for you would be a violation of your visa status.
